The 50 strong group travelled by coach to Stonehenge to look at the ancient wonders, before travelling up to Lord Bath’s estate in Longleat, where they took part in a Boat Safari, The Maze, Theme Park and a tour of Lord Bath’s estate and residence.

“I’m so happy,” said Sadia Karim, aged 9. “I’ve spent a great day with my friends and I’d like to thank my teachers for arranging this.”

“This beats any school trip said Mohsin Malik from Lewisham, south London. “Even the rain couldn’t spoil the fun we have had.

Amani Foundation’s Chief Executive, Ashuk Hussain JP said,

“My colleagues and the young people at Amani Foundation have worked extremely hard to maintain our very high standards and this is a little thank you for the hard work and dedication of the team. Our success would not be possible without the extensive support of my colleagues. I am delighted that we have just enjoyed a very successful and memorable day out and look forward to many such ventures in the year ahead.”

Amani Foundation is a charity working with young people and families, offering an array of services including an after-school club, homework club, arts & heritage day trips, sports activities, green awareness sessions and much more.
