The Times of India Group is hosting the India Property Show, London. The two day show will exhibit prime properties in India, by renowned developers under one roof

SHOP FOR INDIAN HOMES IN LONDON

The Times of India Group is hosting the India Property Show to help NRIs living abroad buy property back home. London alone has in excess of 175,000 Indian nationals. Coupled with British PIO, this number would be approximately 450,000, accounting for 6% of the London population.

Though a large percentage of the Indian diaspora may have substantial amounts of disposable income, which can be invested in real estate, they do not have the time to scout for prime properties and take informed decisions. An annual or bi-annual rushed India-visit, where families must be met and other various social obligations seen to, is also not conducive to buying a home.

The India Property Show will help potential customers like the afore mentioned to meet some of the best real estate developers in the business like the Hiranandani Group, Nirmal, Godrej Properties, Lodha, Omaxe, KSL & Industries, Sriram Properties, Amanora Group…… This will not only give house shoppers an idea of the rates back in India but it will also help them have a clearer understanding of builder projects across Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Delhi and Goa.

This exhibition well be held at The Cumberland Hotel, Great Cumberland Place, London W1C 1LZ on the 6th and 7th of August. Mr. Virendra Sharma, MP for Ealing Southall, will inaugurate the show and declare it open. For the Indians here, investing in property in India couldn’t have become more convenient.
