Angliya, Britain’s biggest Russian language newspaper, reached an agreement with Ukraine International Airlines to distribute the paper aboard London-Kiev and Kiev-London flights.

Current estimates show that approximately 200,000 Ukrainians and those of Ukrainian descent now call United Kingdom their home.

Angliya, Britain’s biggest Russian language newspaper, reached an agreement with Ukraine International Airlines to distribute the paper aboard London-Kiev and Kiev-London flights.

Ukraine International Airlines is Ukraine’s leading international airline, operating 10 direct flights to Kiev, the Capital of Ukraine, weekly. Dawson Media Direct – the world’s leading supplier of newspapers and magazines to airlines, will securely deliver Angliya direct to the UIA aircrafts every week.

Angliya is constantly seeking new means to reach and grow it’s reader audience. People from Eastern European countries, especially Russia and the former Soviet Union republics – collectively referred to as Russians, are particularly fond of reading. This makes Angliya well positioned to succeed in attracting extensive readership otherwise not reachable by mainstream media.

“We understand the importance of reaching and engaging potential customers” said Vadim Granovskiy, Senior Advertising Manager of Angliya. “Angliya was the first Russian language newspaper to be distributed on public transport networks in London. Now we are looking to reach hundreds of new readers a week through our association with Ukrainian International Airlines “
