World’s Leading Pranayam Yoga Exponent to Host Yoga Camps in the UK

UK based charity; Patanjali Yog Peeth (UK) Trust will be hosting three innovative yoga camps with Swami Ramdev across the UK.

Swami Ramdev is a world-renowned yoga guru who has over 15 million people of all races, across the globe, following his techniques of ‘Pranayam’ yoga. His practice of ‘Pranayam’ yoga focuses on the relaxation of the mind, body and soul, enabling the individual to eliminate mental and physical tension.

Inspired by Swami Ramdev’s belief that ‘good health is humanity’s birth right’, the events taking place have been organised with the sole aim of promoting yoga and good health in the UK.

Each camp lasts six-days and visitors have the option to book sessions in either the morning or evening. Each daily session lasts two and a half hours.
