Few men are called to serve humanity the way Swami Swaroopananda does. Having left his family’s thriving business in Hong Kong, he was convinced that life held some greater Truth, beyond everyday joy and sorrow.
He studied under the world-famous master of Vedanta, Swami Chinmayananda, and has spent over 20 years travelling the world, conducting lectures to tens of thousands of people. Swami Swaroopananda is renowned for his practical approach to spirituality and he has been invited to speak at many top multinational companies. This is a unique opportunity to access this ancient wisdom that is proven to help one to rise above the challenges and stresses of their daily life. In today’s increasingly difficult economic conditions this knowledge is even more relevant.
The word Chinmaya means ‘true knowledge’. Under the guidance of Swami Chinmayananda, the Chinmaya Mission was founded in 1953 by to impart the ancient teachings of Vedanta, the science of life. Today, the Mission has grown into an organisation which now has more than 300 centres world-wide; a registered Charity (No. 1077622) which in addition to its spiritual work, also runs educational and service projects in social and medical fields.
