LHM Media are behind this bespoke mobile marketing solution and WAP site. The eatery required a mobile platform that would offer a branded, easy to use process for Lasan customers to order food through their mobile phone, enabling staff to efficiently process the order at the Eatery.
The Lasan Wap site offers the customer an easy order process, enabling them to browse the complete Lasan Eatery menu, order by quantity, view the order before submitting, and then confirming total price of the order. An email is then delivered to Lasan, confirming the order which is then prepared for the customer.
Integrating Wap into the Lasan Eatery service and ordering process offers many benefits to the eatery. It enables Lasan to view the most popular dishes that have been browsed, observe click-through and page impressions, collect mobile numbers for targeted ongoing campaigns and reinforce branding.
