Mahir’s Experience started trading at the G Casino’s official re-launch on Thursday, October 29.
Richard Edwards, Operations Director for G Casinos, said: “We consider G Casino’s competition to be the whole leisure market rather than other casino operators. We also appreciate that dining is a hugely important part of the leisure offering for today’s consumer.
“This venture really shows just how seriously we consider the food and beverage offering to be in our casinos. We’re confident that Mahir’s Experience will prove extremely popular with our customers and help to strengthen G Casinos position as a mainstream leisure venue which is more than just gaming.”
At the restaurant, diners can watch the chefs preparing food behind a glazed screen-fronted kitchen. An additional feature is an aspirational VIP top table seating ten guests.
Steven Chall, Marketing Director of Mahir’s Experience, said: “It is exciting to be part of a groundbreaking venture. We’ve spent the last few months working with Grosvenor’s design team to introduce a contemporary feel to the restaurant to ensure it fits well with both the G Casinos brand and Mahir’s Experience.”
Steven continued: “We have been working at the Ricoh Arena for the last three-and-a-half years by providing the catering for thousands of guests at Asian weddings and we are delighted to be taking this relationship to another level.”
