Sutra Kitchen is home to Chef Jay’s global range of Vegetarian, Vegan and Raw cooking classes as well as his daily deli where he dishes up a range of tantalising and healthy food options such as gourmet salads with unique flavour combinations, freshly made tartlets and pastries, Ligurian focaccias, Raw Lasagna, soups and bakes. The deli has already been a huge hit this summer with local offices, yoga enthusiasts, vegans, tourists and Olympic revellers to name but a few.
Sutra Kitchen’s cooking school hosts practical, hands-on and affordable classes to develop your culinary interests and to teach you how to make fresh meat free dishes from scratch. Classes are set in a professional kitchen sponsored by Hoover built in appliances where students enjoy the engaging atmosphere and easy to follow recipes, class favourites include; baking your own focaccia bread, blending together a Thai green curry, creating impressive desserts and learning important knife skills. The classes are small and designed to appeal to every level of cook with cuisine spanning Thai, Lebanese, Italian, Indian street food, Spanish tapas, Raw Vegan food and much more with new classes being added every month.
Sutra Kitchen’s Cook + Eat classes are a particular favourite with students lining up to cook and eat their meal during their lunch hour or making their dinner in just 45 minutes for just £12!
Sutra Kitchen also plays host to a range of events including cooking parties for special occasions, themed supper clubs and corporate team building classes.
