Bring On The Sunshine With Solset – A series of summer parties with a Mexican twist – ending with London celebrations on Mexican Indpendence Day – September 14th.

Summer is here and the Solset is on its way! Sol, the original Mexican sunshine beer, is putting on a series of exclusive music events across five UK cities – Glasgow, Manchester, Cardiff, Newcastle and London. Special guest DJs Rob da Bank, UnaBombers and Pete Gooding will be on hand to provide a glorious selection of summer sounds alongside resident DJs The Supafly Collective, Mexico’s own Daisy Heartbreaker and Sol’s special guest Mariachi band who will be playing alongside the DJs on the night.

There will be two events per city kicking off in Glasgow on Friday 13th July and ending with a Solset celebration on Mexican Independence Day weekend in London on Friday 14th September. Admission to Solset is free so come and enjoy a cold, refreshing bottle of Sol and celebrate the summer in style.

Throughout the night crowds can enjoy Solset’s vibrant Mexican décor, sun-set projections, cutting edge tunes with an eclectic selection of DJs. Rob da Bank is sure to raise the roof with his up-beat electronica vibes and an anything goes policy. Crowd pleaser Pete Gooding, is known for entertaining party-goers from his legendary Mambo, Ibiza beach sets, to block-rocking main rooms without missing a beat. The UnaBomber’s are best known for their eclectic sound, their sets characterised by a mix of genres including everything from house, disco, hip-hop, broken beat, Latin, soul, r&b and techno, making links between quality music and funky beats alike.

Throughout the summer months the Solset team will be driving through the five Solset cities in original Sol Beetles helping to bring a piece of Mexico to the proceedings.
