PASHA – A New Era Begins

Pasha, the favourite Moroccan restaurant to those in Kensington, is currently undergoing a truly amazing transformation.

Tony Kitous, owner of Levant and Levantine, bought Pasha from Caprice Holdings in November 2005 and since then the restaurant has been undergoing a major overhaul with distinct authenticity and to the highest standard.

Tony employed new chef, David Jones, early in 2006 and promptly sent him to perfect his Moroccan culinary skills in Casablanca. David spent months working in Moroccan kitchens, gaining inspiration from cooks in private homes. His months spent in Morocco, inspired David to create a mouth-watering indigenous menu for Pasha that will be sure to bring customers back time and time again.

Whilst David has been perfecting his culinary skills, Tony has been working with the oldest and most renowned Moroccan artisans to create beautiful pieces of handcrafted furniture for Pasha. These designs are currently being made in different cities in Morocco including Fes, Tetouan, Casablanca, and Safi all due for arrival at the end of June.

When this restaurant and lounge opens in late June, this totally new, unique, authentic, exciting, chic, inviting, delicious and welcoming venue is sure to become a sought-after destination for Londoners.
