Diary of a Bad Man Live Comedy Show

Humza Arshad has made his name as the UK’s most popular British Pakistani comedian after receiving millions of views for his ‘Diary of a Badman’ series on YouTube. ‘Diary of a Bad Man’ has changed his life forever and Arshad has been able to reach out and make millions of people all around the world smile, laugh and think at the same time. He’s broken records, surpassed people’s expectations and become an overnight celebrity, and now you can catch him live in London at the prestigious Shaw Theatre on Monday 13th May.

Arshad was born and raised in Streatham, London, England though his father and mother are both from Pakistan. In September 2010, Arshad created his hit comedy web series, Diary of a Bad Man, revolving around video diaries of a young man with, as Arshad succinctly puts it, the "mentality of a seven-year-old."
“I always thank Allah for giving me more than I could possibly imagine” said Humza “I have reached out and made millions of people all around the world smile, laugh and think at the same time. I have broken records, surpassed people’s expectations and have become an overnight celebrity. This is not because I’m funny, talented or plain lucky… but because Allah allowed it to happen and I hope I won’t ever let Allah or the fans down… Inshallah.”
Following a whole host of appearances on the BBC Asian Network and quickly becoming a household name and inspiration to a young generation of British Pakistani’s, in July 2011 Arshad toured four UK cities in the Peace Youth and Community Trust’s (PYCT) first Muslim Comedy Tour, alongside Jeff Mirza, Prince Abdi and Nabil Abdul Rashid. From November to December 2011, he went on to tour eight UK cities with his comedy show entitled “The Badman Comedy Tour 2011” with the tour sponsored by Azme Alishan, a Pakistan-based social movement.
Arshad has since been nominated in the categories for comedy and entertainment at the third annual Shorty Awards for social media at The Times Center, New York and last year he was also nominated for the category of YouTube Star. In 2011, Diary of a Bad Man was the 7th most viewed video on YouTube. Don’t miss your chance to find out exactly why this sharp young comedian has families of all ethnicities howling as he takes his live show on the road once more this May.
