The workshop is for people who would like to consider starting a business or self-employment. It provides the opportunity for the participants to examine their suitability for self-employment and learn about challenges involved in running a business. The workshop also explores areas such as market research, marketing, legal forms of business and Vat & Tax return.

This workshop is designed to empower females that they can do anything they want to do with hard work, persistence, patience and faith. Michelle will share with the participants her story with an overview of her personal vision board which often motivates females to think outside the box and to really express themselves with art by completing a vision board.
By doing a vision board this can cover all areas of ones life from family, career, personal etc, the vision boards are personal to the females to display and view at all times and to remind them of there dreams and aspirations which will manifest once they start to focus and take the necessary steps to achieve.

This workshop is aimed at persons interested in buying or building property in the Caribbean and Ghana. Areas include, how to avoid challenges when buying or building property in these locations, whether to buy or build, property types, process/procedures for buying or building, choosing professional services (mortgages, attorneys, architects, valuers, surveyors, building contractors, project managers) and what to do with your property once you have the keys. At the end of the workshop persons attending should have a better general understanding about buying or building property safely in the Caribbean and Ghana.
