Taking inspiration from the wonderful world of Bollywood, the latest Hottest Night of the Year charity fundraiser, looks set to be a magical night of spectacle and stars.

Billed this year as ‘Bollywood Bling – an Epic Tale of Love, Honour, Greed and Curry’, the Hottest Night of the Year is the legendary annual celebration of all that’s best in the worlds of showbiz, sport, politics and business.

That’s why the glitterati will be sure to bring out the bling for the glitziest event in Scotland’s social calendar at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow on Thursday 12th October at Glasgow Hilton.

Hottest Night host, Charan Gill MBE, said: “This is the night when all the real movers and shakers of Scotland come together to raise fantastic amounts of money for a range of worthy causes. And with a Bollywood Bling theme, this year promises to be the biggest and best Hottest Night of the Year yet!”

This is the eighth year of the spectacular event – and it’s the must-have ticket for 600 guests who will try to beat the fantastic £100,000 raised for charity last year. This time around, the deserving causes are the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice and Help the Aged, India.

Amongst the celebrities already confirmed to attend this year are Guests include: comedienne Shazia Mirza; lingerie queen Michelle Mone, of MJM International; John Boyle, OBE of Hamilton Portfolio; Jim McColl, OBE of Clyde Blowers and John McGuire, of the Phoenix Group.

During the course of the evening, all guests will have the chance to bid for a range of valuable, exclusive prizes in the famous charity auction. Amongst the top prizes this year are: 4 premium class return flights to Canada; two business class tickets to Dubai; two VIP tickets to the LA Fashion Awards and an original painting by Dawn Zhu, the drummer with this year’s hottest band El Presidente.

Guests will be met at the Hilton by curry king Charan Gill, MBE, who last month published his autobiography ‘Tikka Look at me Now’ and launched a unique tailor made tartan shehrvani service.
