The Palace Pavilion at Kew Gardens has its own private garden area which we will use – weather permitting and it overlooks a beautiful lake, it’s a stunning location, really perfect for the Bollywood theme.
The evening will commence with drinks in the reception area where you will be able to purchase tickets for our instant win raffle – prizes range in value from £5 to £500+! This will be followed by a 3 course meal catered by the fabulous award winning Café Lazeez, served with beer courtesy of the premium beer company ‘Cobra’ and wine & a selection of drinks from Beverage Brands. There will be an auction with fabulous items to bid on – see list below – lots of other entertainment and finally dancing to a fusion mix of Bollywood and chart music with DJ Kerslay Lewis. Throughout the event there will be lots of entertainment, we promise to excite all your senses!!
Dress code for the evening is ‘Bollywood style’ (saris etc for ladies) the more colourful the better and there will be absolutely fantastic prizes for the best dressed lady and the best dressed gentleman. DJ’s are allowed but black bow ties or cummerbunds are not (the only ones wearing those will be security and you don’t want to be mistaken for them!). Plain black dresses are also not allowed, everyone must come wearing Bollywood style or at least in colourful dresses/shirts/bow ties etc. It’s time to throw caution to the wind and dress to impress!
Our guests for the evening will include, Lynn Faulds Wood, Elaine Paige, top glamour models Sophie Howard and Sammy Braddy, members of the cast of the Bill, Deepak Verma (Sanjay from Eastenders), cricketer Monty Panesar and top recording artist Juggy D (who has worked with a number of high-profile UK and International artists including Mis Teeq, Craig David, Liberty X, Britney Spears and Ricky Martin), to name but a few!

2. HOLIDAY IN THE MALDIVES
A one week stay at Soneva Fushi.
This is quite unlike any other hotel that you will have visited! It’s not so much a hotel as a unique holiday experience. The emphasis at Soneva Fushi is on understated barefoot luxury. The motto here is ‘no news, no shoes’ and upon arrival you are given a bag to put your shoes in – you won’t need them until you leave!
Situated on one of the largest islands in the Maldives (more than a mile long) there are 65 amazing rooms, well spaced out around the island. They have been innovatively designed to maximise privacy and space, built of local materials with white washed walls, thatched roofs and timber beams and galleries, but with every conceivable modern comfort, including designer furnishings.
Dinner at Soneva Fushi can be as unique as the resort. The menu is a fusion of Asian and European cuisine and served in the romantic candlelit Me Dhuniye restaurant, or in your room, on a private sandbank, the beach, or anywhere else you choose! Nothing is too much trouble!
The bar and restaurant have sand floors and chickens freely roam the island. The resort has its own herb garden and guided tours, or even a meal to sample the fresh produce, is possible. There is an excellent dive centre, range of watersports, and superb spa.
If you are seeking a luxury holiday with a difference, in a quiet, romantic and unique environment then Soneva Fushi is highly recommended.
