ACLT Gift of Life VIII Fundraising Ball

GIFT OF LIFE VIII FUNDRAISING BALL 2007

The African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust (ACLT) is holding their annual Gift of Life VIII fundraising ball on Saturday 22nd September at the Hotel Inter-Continental in London.

Gift of Life VIII in association with the National Blood Service, will jointly celebrate the 8th Anniversary of Daniel De-Gale’s (ACLT founders’ son) successful Bone Marrow Transplant as well as the achievements and 11th Anniversary of the ACLT. Tributes will also be paid to the lives lost during 2006 – 2007 such as Keiton Knight and Danny Whyte.

With less than 3% of potential bone marrow donors on the UK Bone Marrow Registers from ethnic minority groups, leading celebrities from the world of entertainment, sports and politics will be attending to encourage more people to register and to help to raise money for the charity.
