Building United Communities with The Rhoda Wilson Show

Images Video Audio
Rhoda Wilson is not only a highly talented television presenter with a flair for entertainment and education but she is also a seasoned entrepreneur who strongly advocates the importance of business & social enterprise on The Rhoda Wilson Show. Talking to Paulette West M.B.E and Andrew Green, Rhoda has the opportunity to share her passion for business and social enterprise.
Paulette West is the founder of the G.A.P (Growing Aspiring People) network & Ambassador of The B.U.C (Building United communities) network. Within these projects Paulette’s passion for enterprise and positive representation of Black & ethnic minority business people as role models is second to none. With the help of patrons such as Tim Campbell, Levi Roots & Sherry Dixon, Paulette’s G.A.P. Network has seen huge success since its inception; inspiring many individuals to strive for greatness in their professional and business lives. Paulette won the Platinum Award (the top award given in Barclays Bank) in 2006 for her outstanding and tireless contribution to the BME community and has been responsible for raising over a quarter of a million pounds for various charities.

Andrew Green is an exceptional advocate for unification within the Black and Ethnic Minority community. Founder of the B.U.C network, Andrew Green has received much praise for his tireless efforts to educate and empower individuals within the community particularly young people. With its tagline “Driving Social Change – bringing success to the heart of the community” Green’s mantra is reflected through the success of the network. Over the past year the BUC has organised 2 successful events – “Black Girls in Business” and “Black Boys in Business” with high profile key note speakers such as Levi Roots & Barbara Campbell headlining the events. The future of our communities looks promising with such tireless work from trailblazers like Andrew Green.

Watch the Rhoda Wilson Show on Friday 12th June to watch this exciting interview on BEN TV, Sky Channel 184 at 10pm.
