Showbiz magazine Ikonz is the only official ethnic partner of the national Clothes Show Live event, taking place at the NEC, in Birmingham, this December.
Featuring alongside Maybelline New York, Marks & Spencer and UKTV Style; the Brit Asian showbiz monthly has become the first national ethnic publication to support the major fashion event.

As an official partner for the Clothes Show Live event, Ikonz magazine will be supporting and covering the event between 7-12 December 2007 at the NEC, Birmingham.

Ikonz magazine will also be showcased at the event, exclusively headlining the Blue Zone, alongside the likes of Playboy, Juicy Couture and Paul Frank. The Ikonz stand will incorporate a ‘Hollywood’ theme featuring celebrity impersonators and glamour models.

“A number of mainstream fashion and entertainment magazines are working with Clothes Show Live this year but Ikonz has been recognised as a major partner and supporter of the event,” said magazine editor Reena Combo.

“The Clothes Show Live is all about celebrity, fashion, beauty and showbiz and so ours is an ideal partnership,” she added.

Attending the event this year is Shayne Ward, Peaches Geldof, Jemma Kidd, Gok Wan, Nicky-Hambleton Jones, Caprice, Amanda Hilton, Jacqueline Gold, Ruby Hammer, the TV presenters of the Clothes Show and numerous other well known personalities.

Coverage of the event is currently spread over three pages of the magazine’s November issue, including interviews with Caprice and Jacqueline Gold, along with an inside cover advertisement. Promotion of the event was also included in the October issue of Ikonz and will feature further in the December/January seasonal bumper issue, with additional post-event new media coverage.
