Spicing up British Sport

British Asian sporting stars are recognised thorough British Asian Sports Awards (BASA)

London, January 14th 2008 – BASA prides itself on recognising and celebrating the substantial achievements of British Asian sporting talents from across the United Kingdom. As well as honouring professional British Asian sportspersons, BASA shall be the unique institute for raising the profile of talented amateur and semi-professional South Asians involved in sport, who may not previously have received the recognition that their efforts have deserved.

The awards are scheduled to take place on Feb 16th at the Park Lane Hilton - over 800 VIPs, sporting figures and celebrities will attend.
