Poetic Pilgrimage are a Hip Hop and Spoken Word duo at the forefront of Muslim women in the Arts in UK, courageously pushing the envelope and breaking boundaries to get accross their simple message of Peace Freedom Unity and Justice. Recently returning from two tours of the USA where they performed at the world famous SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas and were the first UK representatives at the Trinity International Hip Hop Festival in Connecticut. The evening will see Poetic Pilgrimage alongside their live band taking the audience on a musical journey into the hearts of the duo as they uncover their passions, their plight and their purpose utilising the solitary power of the word to a full Live music experience incorporating Hip Hop, Reggae, Jazz and more - performing pieces that their followers will be familiar with, in addition to brand new songs. The audience will be invited to see Poetic Pilgrimage as they've never seen them before, prepare to be inspired. |
