Interfaith Week: Free Yoga Camp for Health Awareness and Healthy Living

For “Interfaith Week” ~ Patanjali Yog Peeth UK Trust (PYPT) in association with the National Council of Hindu Temples UK (NCHT), are pleased to announce that we are holding a FREE YOGA CAMP, as part of our Healthy Living Campaign to make UK a more healthier Country.
This is an excellent self development Yoga session that will provide you with knowledge on the basic principals of how to live a healthy life.....the natural way.

You can use the understanding you gain to support your family and friends to adopt a healthier approach to life, through Pranayam & Asana (Breathing & Posture Exercises), Ayurveda, Acupressure, Naturopathy and Balanced Living and Eating.

This Yoga Camp is specially designed to give instant benefits to those suffering from:
* Diabetes
* Obesity
* Arthritis
* High Blood Pressure
* Heart Related conditions

ON: FRIDAY 20th NOVEMBER 2009
AT: Indian Community Centre, 243 Cross Road, Foleshill, Coventry, CV6 5GP
TIME: 6 PM TO 8.30 PM

The aim of “Interfaith Week’” is:
~ To strengthen good inter faith relations at all levels;
~ To increase awareness of the different and distinct faith communities in the UK, in particular celebrating and building on the contribution which their members make to their neighbourhoods and to wider society;
~ To increase understanding between people of religious and non-religious belief.
