Free meals for 2 weeks from Jahan restaurants to support the Pakistan Flood Appeal

Images Video Audio
Jahan Indian restaurant group will be offering free a la carte meals for two full weeks in September and October as they aim to raise £25,000 for the Pakistan Flood Appeal organised by the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC).
Diners who reserve a table at either of their Walton or Lymm restaurants will be served meals from Jahan’s a la carte menu but will only have to pay for the drinks they order. At the end of their meal, diners will be asked to pay whatever they feel appropriate for their food.

This contribution will go directly to the Pakistan Flood Appeal.

The event is being supported by well known restaurant suppliers such as Tilda Rice who will be supplying basmati rice to Jahan during the event. The Jahan group believe they will raise over £10,000 at each location and will be announcing the grand total they have achieved in Lymm on 10/10/10.

The fund raising event will start with a launch party in Walton on Monday 27th September and run from then until Sunday 3rd October at Jahan in Walton and then from Monday 4th October until Sunday 10th October at Jahan in Lymm.

All diners have to do to take part is to book a table during one of these weeks. In order to manage the high level of people taking part, seating for the two weeklong event will be by reservation only via the Jahan website.
