PRESS RELEASE! 21st November 2007 Mahir’s Experience Ltd, the regions premier catering & event management company has been awarded the ‘Outstanding Business of the Year 2007’ award by the Institute of Asian Business at a prestigious awards dinner held on the 3rd November at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham. This marks a significant period for the company as it’s the second award it has received in the space of only a few days! Just last Sunday the company was crowned ‘Best Employer 2007’ at the British Asian Hafta Dinner & Awards which were held at the same venue. The awards which were received on behalf of the company on both occasions by managing director Harvir Sahota, recognises the outstanding work the company has been doing in the catering and hospitality sector. The company specialises in bespoke event management offering services such as five star cuisine, the most lavish décor and theming imaginable, and an unmatched level of personalised customer service all at some of the country’s finest and most unique venues. Mahir’s Experience have teamed up with some of the country’s leading venues including well known hotel groups, sporting stadia and other premier sites. To name but a few, these include the Hilton, Marriot and Ramada hotel groups; Villa Park, Walkers Stadium and the Ricoh Arena; as well as premier venues such as The Belfry and the Alton Towers Hotel. The company is currently expanding into corporate events having already organised, the launch party of the Urban Splash development - Fort Dunlop, the opening of the new Channel Punjab studio, and the provision of authentic curries for Ian Botham and his team during his nationwide charity walk.
