A fast growing Sheffield business forum is staging its first dinner networking event.
The Black Minority Ethnic Business Forum (BME), which is backed by Sheffield Chamber of Commerce is staging the event in October at Sparks Restaurant, Castle College in Granville Road, Sheffield.
The aim of the event is to give BME forum members an opportunity to socialise and network with their fellow associates in a relaxed environment.
BME Business Forum co-ordinator Bernadette Grocock said: “The dinner is the perfect opportunity for forum members and non-members alike to get to know one another in a relaxed setting.
“The dinner follows on from our other successful events and will hopefully build on our progress in strengthening the BME business community in the area.”
Members, eager to raise awareness of their business, can bring along information material and put it on show at an especially designated area.
The evening on October 10 runs from 6.30pm to 9.30pm and tickets cost £16.95 plus VAT for BME Forum or Chamber members and £24.95 plus VAT for non-members. The prices include a four course meal and the dress code is ‘dress to impress’.
