The 2010 awards will be held in Glasgow on 24th November at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The awards have gained success year to year, and are highly regarded and instrumental in maintaining social and professional relationships between different cultures. Nomination forms for the 5th annual Scottish Asian Business Awards are available online at www.theasianbusinessawards.info The event aims to capture the multi-cultural spirit of Scotland, and to highlight the talent and achievements of those who are pioneers in the industry. Now in its 5th year, the Scottish Asian Business Awards boasts an array of extremely successful past winners. These include; Poonam Gupta of PG Paper, one of Scotland’s biggest exporters (Businesswoman of the Year Award 2009), Mr Azeem Ibrahim (Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2008), MP Mohammad Sarwar (Lifetime Achievement Award 2007) and Dr Rabinder Buttar, president and founder of ClinTec (Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2007).
