Music experts tunes into Forum

A BIRMINGHAM based music industry businessman has tuned into the West Midlands Minority Ethnic Business Forum.
Ammo Talwar, managing director of Punch records has joined the Board of the Forum that provides strategic advice to the regional development agency Advantage West Midlands and other key partners on Minority Ethnic entrepreneurship.

Ammo founded Punch and has 15 years experience working in the creative and cultural sector, including working with more than 100 schools in the West Midlands.

He speaks regularly at international festivals and conferences, is a consultant for Urban Music Seminar, Acfest, Decibel Showcase and Arts Council England. He is chair of Blackroutes, the UK’s largest public sector touring organisation for African Caribbean Music and is a member of Arts Council WM.
