Setlak PR is going to promote a big event for the Polish community in Scotland.
Polish Spring event is taking place in Perth in Spring 2009. This artistic alliance is going to bring together Poland's top rock bands, acclaimed Scots folk and digital art in a celebration of migration and interwoven identity. Among the exclusive events featured at Polish Spring will be specially commissioned new media art by five international artists and a celebration of Chopin and Gorecki featuring four of the world's most respected interpreters of their music. Polish Jazz and comedy nights will play their part in ensuring this season plants ever deeper tied roots for the future. Polish Spring-Scottish Tides is a part of Homecoming Scotland 2009. The programme Homecoming Scotland has been launched by the Scottish government, which runs EventScotland in co-operation with Visit Scotland. The event aims to inspire both all those of Scottish extraction as well as all lovers of Scotland to visit the country and to take part in the inspirational celebrations of the national culture.
