Brighter Days Book Launch

Images Video Audio
21 years after the tragic loss of her youngest daughter Hannah Marie Harris in the Marchioness disaster on the River Thames, Vida Theodosia Harris has written a book of moving poems and words of inspiration
Vida Theodosia Harris will be launching and signing copies of her book Brighter Days, on Thursday 19th August 2010 7- 8.30pm at The Pilgrims Church, Queens Walk, The Meadows, Nottingham, NG2 2DF.

Fifty-one lives were lost on that fatal night of 20th August 1989.
Vida talks of Hannah’s death as “the most traumatic occurrence of her life”, yet she finds the 21st anniversary a ”significant milestone” and how she felt “compelled to put together” her book - Brighter Days.

Hannah Marie Harris grew up in Nottingham but moved to London to study and work. Vida still lives in Nottingham and is very active in the community.

Books will be on sale at a special promotional offer of £5.99.
