XLN Telecom Supports Asian Business Entrepreneurs.

XLN Telecom has announced the appointment of Karamjit Nandha to head up its UK South Asian market channel. XLN Telecom specialises in providing small businesses high quality, low-cost fixed-line, mobile and internet services. Today it has over 125,000 customers of which 35% are Asian run or managed businesses.

“We recognise the importance of Asian entrepreneurs in the economic recovery of Britain. Asian families are more predisposed to start small businesses, especially in times of economic hardship. We are seeing a huge growth in this segment of our customer base and we want to work with those communities to build dialogue and deliver exactly what they need from their telecom supplier by providing a turnkey solution for your business. Price is important, but so is service quality, responsiveness and understanding,” said Karamjit Nandha. XLN offers phone line rental for £9.99, 35% less than BT as well as broadband and low cost international call packages.

XLN Telecom offers customer support in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali and Farsi and is set to increase the range in line with customer demand.

Founded by Christian Nellemann in 2002, XLN Telecom now employs 180 staff at its Vauxhall head-office and has a turnover in excess of £54 million per annum, having grown by 36% in 2009.
