The outdoor campaign targets two of the key destinations and residential areas for London’s Poles. Internal and external Streetliner advertising centers on routes around Ealing, West London, stretching to Heathrow and in to Shepherds Bush whilst at Balham London Underground station further advertisements target visitors to the local Polish club and church.
The outdoor activity is supported by a print campaign in the Polish Express, the most widely read Polish language newspaper in the UK and online banner adverts on several of the key Polish web portals.
The imagery used within the advertisements captures the national identity of Poland in a fresh, modern and universally appealing style and all text used within the ads is in Polish.
Kontakt Mobile is a new MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) launched by Vodafone’s MVNA (Mobile Virtual Network Aggregator), Cognatel Ltd, providing a complete, tailored PAYG (Pay As You Go) Mobile solution for the Polish Community living in the UK.
“This is the first time a full Polish language campaign has been run on CBS Outdoor’s stock” comments Matylda Setlak, from Setlak PR on behalf of Kontakt Mobile. “It reflects the commitment of Kontakt Mobile to the target demographic.”
The campaign focuses on the revolutionary nature of the service, with one single low rate for all mobile and landline calls within the UK, to Poland and to other popular countries, combined with no minimum charges or contract, free money transfer services provided by MoneyCorp and a unique rewards programme.
Alex Szymborski, CEO Kontakt Mobile says “This campaign represents a real opportunity to connect with the million strong Polish Community currently residing in the UK. We are delighted to bring to market a high quality service that offers greater simplicity, transparency and far lower costs than the existing mobile operators and other MVNOs. Communicating with our target market in their own language is a key part of our strategy.”
