Many people of Indian heritage have set up their own businesses, achieved a lifetime goal at a relatively young age or made a difference to the British community.
The Awards will be an evening of recognition, rewarding the continuing strength of the British Indian community, recognising those who thrive, evolve and capture the multicultural spirit of Great Britain.
Nominations are now open for the Awards and we are encouraging the public to vote to help these individuals, groups or businesses in gaining recognition for their success and contribution.
The British Indian Awards have partnered with the award-winning accountancy firm BDO, the largest global accountancy organisation aimed at the mid-market, operating in 138 countries and employing nearly 55,000 people worldwide.
Arbinder Chatwal of BDO LLP commented “Following the success of the 2013 British Indian Awards, BDO is delighted to continue its sponsorship in 2014. The BDO British Indian Awards play an integral part in celebrating Indian talent across all walks of life in the UK. The awards are an excellent way to promote the achievements and capabilities of individuals, businesses and groups of Indian heritage and highlight those who are pioneers in the Indian community. We’re thrilled to celebrate the success of the British Asian community and accentuate the multicultural spirit of Great Britain.”
