Themed “Slavery to Success” in recognition of the 200th anniversary of the Abolition of Slavery Act, the BIBA Dinner will take place with the usual pomp and ceremony which has become synonymous with the occasion. This year’s programme encourages us to look to the future whilst recognising and appreciating what our ancestors endured in the past.
As we have also become known for the quality of our speakers we are currently in talks with high profile speakers from both the UK and the US, and will shortly announce the names of our speakers for this year.
Once again the event will take place in central London at the prestigious
Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square W.1,
Friday 26th October 2007
with 600 guests expected the event will undoubtedly be another success.
Regularly supported by many mainstream sponsors such as HSBC, the London Development Agency, Lloyds TSB, Choice FM Radio, Barclays, The Foreign and Commonwealth Council and Small Business Service, UKTI, The Learning & Skills Council, and Business Link for London we expect to have another year of strong support from our sponsors. With Fashion Fair Cosmetics as one of our longest supporters our gifts bags have become known as the best in the small business arena.
With our wide list of categories we are ensuring that everyone has an equal opportunity to join, be recognised and be part of this important event which supports, profiles and celebrates minority businesses in the UK, Europe, and internationally.
